Nortech customer service is the best!

I ran up to Nortech today to get my boat out of storage. Called Terry late yesterday and said I would be there after lunch. Not only was the boat waiting, it had been washed and dried, canvas folded and put in the cabin. Attention to detail is unbelievable they even charged the small battery in my trailer! When I asked them what I owed they said have a Merry Christmas. Just want to say thanks to Terry, Nicole and the whole gang at Nortech for great customer service.

When I was towing boats, working with terry and his service guy keith was a dream, always had the boats ready to go and they did what ever it took to make the customer happy
