Nor-Tech 390 CC with Yamahas!

This one is for a customer in Qatar.

First F350 Yamaha set up for us.
The accerlation, speed and handling are very impressive!
I shot some video and will post it later.
Given the power another option for the 350's is that it could be set up as twin for those that just don't want trips. It's easier to finance and insure.
We hit 61 MPh dragging the third motor just for fun. I believe you could get close to 70 with just two motors and plane on one.....

This boat has Gen, AC, TV DVD, and a fixed rear bench seat.

Here's the final dialed in speed with the trips.

Not only is it yet another impressive boat, but the flack jacket that you put on to post information on The Hull Truth is just unreal. I find it damn impressive how eloquently you respond to some of those guys. Again, an fantastic accomplishment! Those seem like some great performance results. :cheers2:

Great looking boat. Very agressive look in the water and I like the fish door in the side!

Nice to hear that. I go over there to try and attract the fish boat crowd to expand our market. It's amazing what gets said. I guess I'll just keep trying and maybe someday we'll get some respect.
I don't know.
BTW since I posted the GPS results there has not been one reply.
Yet a 37' Sea Hunter hits 74 MPH with the same set up and it's WOW!
At least they treat me better than Deep impact.
Thank you!

This is what one of the Mercury Test team drivers had to say about the Verado boat on THT.
BTW he is on the Pro fishing team for another boat company. I won't mention names but it kind of rhymes with Jello bin.
Again after his post there were no comments.

I ran this boat at the MIBS extensively... I went to the show knowing I was going to be running this boat.. I had many precooked notions.. Till I ran it, then when I took it offshore.... I had to readjust and eat some crow.

I was very impressed... Ride, Fuel economy, top end and other areas... This boat kept surprising me...

You go fast CC guys --- Fountain -- Midnight --- Deep Impact --- ya'll need to pay attention. This thing has allot of what your boats need..... If I were in this market ---- this is the boat I would chose..

intresting that some locals in the Gulf have also stepped up the competition, to keep things local. here is a Emirates 48 w/350 verado's.

I don't know about others because I never pushed them however this one seems to be.
I've gradually stepped up the speed at which I feel confident in its turning ability.
For some reason it just grabs and turns as hard as you can hang on with no blow out or skip.

You'll always be able to pick up your hat before it sinks.

That's what the door's for????:sifone:

Nice rig. Sweet handling. Makes you wonder if it could be tweaked to hit 100 with the same power and a top-end only setup.......
