NJ Pantara Youtube clip "DIONYSUS"????

looks like a Pantera for sure especially the dash. I havent seen one with the hatch like that before though. Interesting old school piece. very cool.

I agree, I think that is actual Pantera, but I'm going off the dash.
Seems 79 was pretty early for a 28.
The race hatches throw me a bit.

Where's Pepe??

Same thing I was thinking, Dash YES, Hatches NO, but they could have been replaced, or something they did back then. I believe he made some early 28's, and may have refined them into what they are today at a later date.

My Favorite part of the video is when the old man keeps pushing the throttles like as if he is going to get more out of it, I do the same thing with my underpowered 24:biggrinjester::driving:

I've seen this boat in the racks @ Smitty's Marine in Brick, NJ. Never knew that it ran!..it is a Pantera..looks like they're enjoying her...

It's funny, I was actually talking to Jo and Pepe about that last week... I just pay attention and remember about half of what I hear or read... And I really dig these boats, so I'm kinda loud about it, but there's plenty of people who know way more about this stuff than I do!
