Just wanted to post an update. Have been running the boat for the past few weeks with the trannies and i must say they are all Tyson and Jim said they would be. We were concerend with the gears going from 1:5 to 1:1 when shifted. Now that we have gotten use to them I can't believe it. The boat accelerate like nothing I have ever seen. The boat had good acceleration with a 40P prop but now it accelerates like it's a 34P. Once we shift, it's a rocket. Just got our new forged props that were designed to be ideal for both gear to get max acceleration along with top end. Can't wait to test the boat with all the right stuff.
Tyson and Jim hit it out of the park!

Been there done that!! That's why we ran them hard on the 46 Skater with me driving for a couple of years. We tried to weed out the surprises on our boat with real time testing and make sure the final design works!!
