New Engine !!

Just purchased a 502/502 hp to replace my blown 6.2 Merc in a 25' Outlaw----I bought same from Eagle Engine Sales because Merc does not build the 496 anymore and their 502's now have catylist converters....(spelling?)
Anyone have any knowledge refrence this motor..??? Or any motor builders have any comments.?????

Hey Intagator-----My wife's cousin bought me the motor--who owns his own Marina---Races and builds race motors-----Sooo, I'm getting the motor at almost wholsale price--so I don't know what the street price would be---Mike!!!!!
