That was the first Black Thunder I ever saw. After looking into it, and then getting together with the rep up here a couple years later, I said I'd have one some day. And, I did.......:26::26::26:
Im thinking about trying to swap my BT for a smaller faster ride. We have the Bluewater to party on. Would love to have a cat. What would be a even swap. Maybe a 1990 14ft Skater with a blown up 50 HP Merc without a trailer.

So Paul, Shelley has decided that we need one boat instead of a bunch, so looks like a Bt is in our future.. Would you be interested in poker run from Miami to key west for worlds this fall if we do??? Run two black thunders??

You gotta have at least two, one to run around in and stay the night when needed. One to race or run hard. (I'm working on selling two and buying one.) That would get us down to three........
The one out there that intrigues me the most (other than Jason's), and I'm nopt sure where it's at now, is Steve David's old one. The triple whipple charged engines put it in the 90's if I recall correctly with very low boost.
Although the Turbo boat has been found again.......:sifone:
Now, there are a few BT guys out there who may be a lot closer......
Towing our BT to Florida, unless it's for a couple weeks minimum, is not in the cards at this time.
