Need help Identifying the make and model of this boat:

I need to sell this boat to save my house and it was my late husbands and I need to determine the value before I put it up for sale. I know it has a "rooster kit" but that is about it... I will have someone come and tell me about the motor soon too.

Annette, can you go to the stern of the boat and see if it has a Hull Identification Number (HIN) visible?

A wild guess would be a Campbell Daycruiser....Does that yellow sticker on the trailer say anything?

A Rooster Kit would mean it's a jet drive boat. In Utah a title is required for every boat after 1985. A registration is required for every boat.

If there is no visible HIN on the top right of the transom, then there should still be some paperwork that has a HIN on it, if the boat has one. Or, a description of both the boat and trailer as far as year and manufacturer.

I'm almost positive it's not a Campbell though. I think it's an older Sleek or a Cordova. But, there were a lot of oddball daycruiser builders back in the 70's through the 90's. (I had three different daycruisers when I lived in Oregon).

The Right hand drive is baffling though....Possibly confiscated at Checkpoint Charlie and re-badged as an

British Diplomat...I'll keep digging.
