Need Advice on Trade/Purchase 2 parties long distance, etc

Ok, here is what is going on

I am trading one of my boats for a smaller boat and some cash.

I am going to do the transport for the majority of the way, is there a 3rd party that will show funds, and hold them until both parties agree for the transfer.

Or what have you done in the past?

Just curious, I don't want to drive to IN and have the issue of $$$ transfer.

So, what do you think, what have you done, etc, etc....

Hahaha downtown Austin with Trista, a lil 21 year old friend of mine. We somehow got her to take her panties off as we were walking from one bar to the next... What's going on is I am palming her bare ass.
