I took one on my camera phone from my front yard. It was the coolest lauch I've seen. When the shuttle got high enough to catch the setting sun, the trail turned orange. You can ever see them go up in broad daylight here, and you could see it on a clear night all the way on the other side of the state. Something about the shuttle launch that brings out the patriotism in most of us.
 
Think there are only 10 more launches left for the shuttle....Growing up in central FL always loved watching it take off.. One of the neatest thing I have done is watch it live from the other side of the river....It is a must see and feel event.
