My credit card got jacked.

I hardly ever use it, and all of a sudden, the wife is going through bills tonight, and there is almost $300 on it.
I call the number, and it's some porn.com thing. I don't go to any pay porn sites, there are plenty of free ones - if that is what I was looking for.
I'm speaking with the customer service chick, and arguing with her about the billing and un-authorized charges.
She tells me that by reporting this, I'm now under investigation for reporting fraudulent charges. I'm OK with that, I've got nothing to hide. I tell her that there is a second charge from her Co., and she keeps cutting me off, she then tells me that unless she was" blind, dumb, and stupid" she wouldn't have seen that. I simply said " At this point, I'm not ruling that out"
She then suggested that I " stick your penis in your mouth, and suck your own d!ck" before hanging up on me.
My wife then called the number, and she was told that "she could take my abuse, but they wouldn't" and again that I could suck my own d!ck.
Nice.
Called the CC company and cancelled the card and had all charges stopped pending investigation.

Your CC company should credit you immediately and reverse the charges back to them.

I'd also call any one of the three credit bureaus and put a fraud alert onto your credit file. They will then contact the other two credit bureaus with the same alert.

Yeah, I was kind of shocked, I'm trying to handle this in a professional and biz type tone (yes, I know how to do that, I do it at work everyday), and she starts suggesting in plain unprintable english that I suck my own cork.
CC co. is suppsoed to take care of it, but wonder how much hassle this is going to become.

I haven't a clue where they got the info.
Like I said, I rarely use a card, I usually pay cash for everything.
I used the card once for fuel on this statement, and then there were 6 other charges that originated in spain, and iran. according to the cc co.

Im curious. Did you think by telling her that you didnt initiate the charges, that she would believe you and say ok sorry and refund them? If so ... I mean if that would actually work, I think I'll try that at Walmart ... or the gas station ... or where ever ..... Good idea.

Yeah, actually, they jacked my card, and I'm not paying for something I didn't buy.
I try not to shop at Wal-mart, but if you do, go ahead and try it there.
My phone call was to simply see what the charges were for.
I'm not out looking to buy porn.
But it seems you're trying to make a business of it.
