Were you in a chopper? If the answer is "yes" Than how bad could the conditions have been? I mean they wont let you fly in heavy rain, wind or fog; right?

I heard 11. Last year was 16. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate.

I shortened race is better than a black flag any day.
