Mercury Zero effort controls?

Anybody know how to get the 'buttons' out of the Merc/Keikaefer sticks without breaking them? Or if its possible to get replacements? I have a pair I need to refinish. It is the red part at the top of the stick in the pic, not the one with the trim switch.

844847 insert and 844848 emblem. It looks like insert snaps in and emblem is stuck on.

Awesome thanks. I looked but couldn't find the shifters. May just replace them with trim switches.

Ha, no - just twins, but that was the first pic I found on Mercury's website.
