Max Cubic Inch???

We've made a few of these beauties in 632 cubic inch N/A at 9.0 to 1 89 pump gas they make 865HP and about 900ft/bs of torque.

And Yea, under $50K each they look pretty cool too!

Best Regards,
Ray @ Raylar

It says on your picture 725 HP. LOL

But nice.

What is the price tag on them for 2 ( race purpose ) ??????????

For real now.

I know the donavan 666 CI makes on mild bases N/A single carb with 89 octane a stunning 980 HP @ 5400 RPM and over 1000 FPT !!!!
But they are 1120 deck hight so its tight in a twin. LOL

OH ,,and suposaly last for ever ???!!!

Its what i heard.

Put a Bowtie/Merlin Block 540 with Twin Turbos and 2000hp in even a Marine engine is no problem...or actually a really Big one..unless you drive a straight axle...

Found a pic and some info....

They were in a Skater called "On the Prowl" They were 1,000hp WITHOUT blowers. Doug Lewis was commissioned to build big horsepower, without blowers, that would last at least 200 hours. They were EFIs and 640ci with the ability to switch to 87 octane.

When I saw them at the shop and they were being rebuilt the internal parts were barely worn!:driving:

maybe some others have better pictures....

I think that is Bud Tresch's boat, owner of Woodbury Cement, down my way (Gloucester County, NJ). Tim Sharkey had posted pictures of the internals of those motors (from the 36' Skater) a few years ago on OSO.
