The boat races on Guntersville Lake were named the best of 2018.
H1 Unlimited Hydroplane Racing Series drivers, crew members, volunteers, and fans filled The Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick, Wash., last Saturday night to celebrate the 2018 season and honor those who made the racing season such as success.
Lake Guntersville Hydrofest received recognition as H1 Unlimited Hydroplane’s “Race Site of the Year” and Katy Norton, president of the Marshall County Convention and Visitors Bureau received a “Chairman’s Special Award” during the 54th annual Champions Gala.
