Looking for a 40 Skater Tilt Trailer

Threre are a few companies making them but the problem is some of them do not keep the boat inside of the box to be legal when they are tilted. The myco trailers for danger zone and balistic were still 11 feet wide when tilted.

Would that be the same for a 40 skater? I think skaters are less then 12' wide.
