Kind of surprised it may be patentable. Skater has been building multi-stepped trim tabs for years. I think they are on at least one of the boats at the show this year.

Maybe Livorsi's design is different enough to be patentable? I think the Skater tabs have around 5 or 6 steps on the 388 sized tabs.

Not impressed. Why is so much water passing over them and up the transom. Looks like they have more work to do.
