Today I was fortunate enough to ride along on 47 Apache, Kemosabe, for the Lake St Clair Fun Run. What a blast! Sorry for the poor quality pics. No room for my big camera in a 6 pack boat.

Nice Tommy....

You talk about "Poor Quality", wait until you see the stuff I have that is almost acceptable to post from East Tawas. Your is 10 times better. I ran two boats so I handed the camera to Terri, told her it was set right. All I can say is, I screwed up! There's a few that are somewhat okay, but not many out of 1250 pics. I took the camera and lens to the shop yesterday to see what was wrong with it, and it was me......:banghead:

Nice stuff you lucky bastage!!!!!! Any chance you found any Apache water? The wind over here was pretty good sometimes.

Hey Paul, the only thing thing that could even come close to Apache water was when we were crossing a wake, other than that it was dead calm.

How loud was that boat Tommy?:driving:

Hey Bobcat, funny you should ask. I was amazed at how loud it was. When I saw John with earplugs in, I wondered at first. After 5 minutes of running, I was like "Holy F%&k!" But it was the most beautiful noise you would ever care to be deafened by. If someone cares to school me on how to post it, I have a bunch of video from the run.

Tommy, Any more shots or comments on the Red Skater V?

Hey Jimmy,

Sorry, I don't have anything further to report on the Skater V. I will do a little research on that one. We parked next to it, but honestly I was in such a state of sensory overload, that it did not really phase me. This whole thing happened by a fluke. The owner of Kemo called a customer of mine at 7:30am an invited him on the run. Knowing what an Apache junkie I was, my customer called and invited me to come along. I went from snuggly in bed to "get your a$$ to the lake right now, your riding in an Apache in a poker run!" My head was spinning all day long!
