Not necessarily keeping the 6.5L either. It's a '95 4wd that needs a good bit of TLC. Poor guy put a Duramax sticker on it. The engine is in pieces, some under the hood, the rest in boxes. It's got the newer interior.
Crazy thoughts have me wondering if a real D-max would fit. More down to earth idea would say just throw in a nice 350/400 SBC and enjoy.
I don't know what trans they put in there, but I also like the idea of converting to stick. Poor thing only has 3.23s; might be good for highway mileage.
