I am a big fan of both of them.....just couldn't believe that these two nuts actually were dating for 5 years! Jenny McCarthy is hot and I suspect super nutty. Her latest movie "Dirty Love" was very funny in a crude way. Jim Carrey was hilarious in his "stupid" movies like Ace Ventura but I think lost some of his edge trying to do more serious roles.......

LOS ANGELES—Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy have taken to Twitter to announce their breakup.

The two actors each tweeted Tuesday that they have ended their relationship after five years. Publicists for Carrey and McCarthy confirmed the split.

The 48-year-old Carrey says on the social networking Web site that he wishes her "the very best!"

The 37-year-old McCarthy tweeted that she "will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart."

Both say they were grateful for the time they spent together.

McCarthy also tweeted that she would remain involved in his adult daughter's life.

Yep.........I was listening to Stern this week and he mentioned Lindsay Lohan can be paid to show up to your party/club whatever for $2500 a night. I was stunned that girl burned out so fast......she was cute a couple years ago and on the top of the entertainment world. Time, drugs, alcohol were not good to her looks......
