Ted....the only marina at that sells 93 at the end is Sunset Marina. Its across the James river from where the hotel is. Its marked on you chart plotter. Their may be another marina in Hampton some where that sell 93, but we have got gas at Sunset the last 3 years we ran the run. It gets pretty busy being the only one.
(I've been known to go splash the tanks on sat. before heading to the dock party but it's hard to miss any of the festivities!!!)Beak Boater

shhh.....thats a secret. It beats sitting in line on Sun. morning with 10 other boats waiting on the fuel dock.
There is another place in Lynnhaven inlet that sells 93, just as long a no-wake zone and last i checked higher prices.....but that was 2 years ago.
If I can keep it around 3,500 most of the day then I can make the round trip without stopping for fuel (but that doesn't always happen).

Bluewater used to but all they carry now is 89...

It's always funny running for fuel at that time- 1/2 the fleet goes one way and 1/2 goes the other way until the "wrong" 1/2 sees the chopper going the "right" way
