Jailbreak/Unlock Iphone

So I got my hands on an Iphone for free, so I figure I may as well use it. Its a first generation from Telus. When it was given to me it was jailbroken and I just put my Rogers sim card in and was good to go. I plugged it into my laptop today and itunes updated it to firmware 3.1.2, and now it no longer works with my sim card. I have spent hours searching google trying to figure out how to get it to work again, but no luck. So anybody know an actual website to jailbreak it so that I can use it again?

Well I spoke to some people, and it seems it needs to be "debricked" then reset, then jailbroken then unlocked. I wish I was good with computers!
