Short version;
LDD made a really bad deal on a boat with an OSO member.... The OSO member was a bit nieve in signing such a one sided contract and probably a bit wet behind the ears. OSO member paid LDD about half of the sale price and defaulted on the contract. There were a few details LDD failed to disclose about the boat. After the OSO member was in fault on the contract LDD short sale'd the boat and kept $14K of the guys money. LDD won't give the $$ back and is standing on what he feels is an air-tight contract regardless of what correct moral and ethical standards are... Now it looks like it's going to court..... My guess is the buyer (not LDD) will win....:seeya:
