I had a feeling she'd keep it, that's why I never asked and shoo'd the early vultures away.
She has a sanded hull and deck, stripped. I believe the tank is ok. She'll need a considerable amount of paint work, inside and out.
It needs to be rigged and wired.
Needs interior, if I recall.
The exhaust is there, I think it is a working TRS drive, and the pumps, transom assembly is there.
There is a newly built (been sitting, but it's "new") 454 waiting to go in. I think Itllfly in Ohio built it.
So basically, has boat, power and drive and needs it all pretty and re-assembled.
It's an entire boat build. Just no hull layup.
I don't recall that any structural remediation is needed.
I would get hands-on with this if I were closer.
