I'm in a tough position.

bouy good to hear people talk like that. Americia needs a lot more people like you! I'm a small business owner and I do most of my jobs on a hand shake. When I screw up and bid too low on a job, I bite the bullet and move on,its just the way I do business

I don't know why I was thinking you were working with wood. :o

That was a previous life a few years ago. It's actually what I'm really good at, just not much work for it out there right now.

Thanks.
I previously had my own contracting Co.
And, same as you, if I bid too low, I ate the additional cost.
Also, if I overbid and came in a few days early, or didn't need everything I thought I would need, It wasn't uncommon for me to drop the price for the customer at final payment. I always just wanted to get a FAIR price for my work. I'm not looking to gouge anyone.

I guess thats why You and I will never be filthy rich.

Yep, but I sleep pretty well, and I have a lot of people that really respect me.
That alone is worth more than money in the bank.
Sorry if it sounds like I still live in "Mayberry", but respect and integrity go a long way with me.

This is easy:
Just call their plumber and ask him what he said when they called him to get the toilets and sinks. :D

Any permanant fixture has to stay someone brought up chandelier or hot tub?I think once they do not have possesion of property it's a crime and a felony if FHA or VA loan!:USA:My 02:D

In tough situations I always ask myself "What would Randy Quaid do ? "

Its gotten me pretty far.:D:D
