Halloween events at college
Florida Keys Community College will host an underwater pumpkin carving contest
and a "haunted dive" Sunday starting at 2:30 p.m. at the campus lagoon, at 5901 College Road.
The public is invited, and rental equipment will be available.
The James E. Lockwood School of Diving Scuba Club is sponsoring the event, which includes food, contests, prizes and music. The carving contest will run from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. The haunted dive will start at sunset. Each event is $20 to enter on Sunday or $15 in advance. Email ScubaclubFKCC@gmail.com for more information.
