hot tub people! - Blue ridge spas error code ps2

Did a google search. Just had it fixed and I am getting a ps2 error code. What do I do?

And this answer IS time sensitive.

I also have a Blueridge Spa. I also got mine used. I have updated the spa pack in mine to the new T series. I can't tell you exactly what the PS1 fault means. I can tell you that I have gotten the PS1 fault from dirty filters. I have also gotten it from a power failure.
The PS2 fault comes from three things according to Blueridge Spas.
#1 - Is your water level more than 1" above your highest jet?
#2 - Are your filters dirty? Are the screens below the filters (pressed in screens - clean them with wet-dry vac) dirty or clogged?
#3 - Do you have a bad pressure switch? -- The switch that they told me to replace is the one located at the heating element that you are talking about.
After replacing that switch, I have refilled the hot tub and then powered up only to find that I now have the PS1 fault as well and the ozonator does not come on. If this helps you narrow your problem down, please post again. Maybe I can use the info that you come up with to take care of my problem.
