Where you at and what are you paying?

What type of heat?
Security?
Rental term lenght?
How long/wide is your boat/trailer?


Have some extra space and looking to do something for next year - I thank you for any input.

Don't/can't trust it for an un-winterized boat. What happens if the power goes out? Winter/ice storm and can't fire up generator and/or run out of fuel?

I too just turn on my heaters. I don't winterize my boat or my John Deere sprayer and the sprayer cost nearly double what my boat is worth. I have radiant tubes and the shop is so well insulated that I don't think it would ever drop below freezing just by the warmth from the floor. If I ever did get nervous I could fire up my space heater.

I store mine with my buddy. He has about 40K square feet. Generator back up. He can phone the building to unlock it when I want in. I think I pay $6 a square foot.

i have a little 25 x 50 heated bay with a 12 x 14 overhead and one walk through in an industrial park for $625.00 plus utilities...I installed a security system and the lot is covered with camera's that record everything going in or out....boats 10'4" w x appox 40' L....I found it on craigslist...
