He said he was going to tow it down to the Tavares Antique Boat Show later this month. He bought it because it was exactly like the one his father had which he learned to ski behind. I think the trailer fenders are way cool..

I'm surprised that I don't care more as a two-time and current Scarab owner. But Scarab (except as a Larry Smith version) doesn't really carry a lot of cachet with me.

I agree Todd, while it would be nice to see more performance manufacturers represented, it was the best show in many years. I don't mind checking out the big pontoons and the overyly metal flaked ski boats. Some of those ski boats are actually pretty bad ass and spending a day on one probably wouldn't be very torturous. Ahhhh hell....maybe I'm just getting old.
