Friend in need, for a BBC

[PARADOX]

A friend of mine needs to replace a blown 496 HO. Water in the cylinders due to the Typ. BS issues with the CMI headers.

Looking to get a good price on a 469 HO, Merc. 500 -525. or something that can be just dropped in to a Formula 271. No headers needed.
The 2007 blown, (Cyl. no 5 & 7) 496 can be rebuilt, but I don't think it's worth it, so were shopping for a motor.
