You did the same thing for X number of people who donated to the Cig raffle a few years back on OSO. I donated and forwared my address but never received anything. Sent an email to you guys about 5 months later asking what was up with my 2 year freee subscription and asking why I had never received anything. You said no problem we'll take care of it. I received one issue then..................... nothing.

Marginmn - Cant answer what happened back then as we have had a change over of staff in the office since then. I am on the road most of the year and rely on my office staff to sort these things out. All I can do is tell you to send me a PM and will ensure its added to our current database and will start the two years from now.

And to anyone else who wants a freebie sub its still open so send your PM.
And just some info for members knowledge here, the new system we have set up means that now then I enter a freebie sub or members details on my subs database on my laptop I can sync with the server back in the office and it updates the details so again if you have had any probs with subs then send ME a PM and I can correct it here on my laptop which will then get updated on the server.

Are you sure that wasn't Extreme Boats? I donated to that one, and I could have sworn that it was Extreme who was including the subscriptions. (Which I only got a few of.)

Had a couple of PMs from guys asking why I am giving away 100 freebie subs to the mag. So here are the answers, in no particular order, except for the last one :biggrinjester:
* Because we do well with our other magazines and in fact their advertising has increased so we are using some of those profits to subsidize the giveaways.
* Its a great way of marketing the magazine and showing people the quality of it.
* I plan on keeping the mag around for good, not just the good times.
* It helps our advertisers get their messages to even more people.
* Because it allows many of you to realise that there are a LOT of other forms of powerboat racing out there besides offshore :huh:
* Because the guys who started this site are a $hit hot bunch of guys who I actually respect (shock horror) :biggrinjester: and its a good way to say thanks to people for joining here.
* But bottom line the main reason I am doing this is because I CAN :26::26:
