yep...safelink... if you are on welfare you qualify for a free phone and minutes coutesy of tax dollars....nevermind the fact that any cellphone can call 911 even if it doesn't have a service contract or minutes..if a cellphone powers up it can dial 911.

Nope, free car and gas...........Massachusetts already has the program in place. If you are on welfare you get a car (clunker) and a gas allowance/insurance for a few months so you can have your own transportation to get to a job......Program is a proud moment in Mass. Democratic history......
