After a week of work and a LOT of help from my buddy Frank (htrdlncn) We got the boat pretty much completed..:sifone:
I got rid of the closed cooling system and went to raw water cooling for simplicity.
We did a LOT of cleaning and worked on the stereo a bit.
The last time out we ran it ran 48 mph spinning a 23 pitch prop at 4200 rpm.
This time I had a 19 pitch Mirage on it and it ran 48 mph at 4500 rpm.
I think when everything is said and done it'll end up with the 21 mirage plus it came with, just have to get it fixed first..
...I think It turned out pretty good for a 44 year old wave crusher.....:USA: we named it "My hooptie"
....Not sure what it has for a cam but idles GREAT !!!!!!!
