Forehand And Diorio To Race Marker 17 Marine Outerlimits Sunday In New York

Look who's racing this weekend—the Marker 17 Marine team of Brian Forehand and Vinnie Diorio are all set to show off the Outerlimits SV 29 in Dunkirk, N.Y., at the Race World Offshore event.

“I’ve had a couple of days in the boat setting it up since it returned from being painted by Stephen Miles Design,” said Forehand, whose last race in the SV 29 was the world championship he and Michael “Doc” Janssen—the previous owner of the boat—won in the Super Boat International Superboat Vee class in Key West, Fla., in 2016.

You may want to double check your information. In 2016, Doc and Brian were DQ'd for cheating. That was the last time the boat ran, other than demonstration runs, I believe.

This race should be a piece of cake. They are running against a boat with a stock 525 for the Super Vee Lite class in OPA.
