97 F150 4x4.. front drivers side torsion bar snapped. are the 2x4 and 4x4 bars the same/interchangable??

4x2's have coil spring front suspensions, so no. Also, if you are going for used torsion bars make sure they're off the same side you're replacing and good luck getting them out (they tend to sieze at either end in the collars).
