Fogging an Ilmor?

Does anyone know the recommended methodology to fogging an Ilmor? I spoke to the boat manufacturer and they didn't seem to be too keen on doing the 2-stroke oil in the fuel filter trick. Should I just buy a can of engine fogging stuff and spray it in the intake?

Thanks fellas... no sweat... I was actually hoping IlmorDude would be on to respond... I had sent him a PM but have a feeling he's not checking that too much. I'll await his response... see what he says. I'd bug Ian but I've bugged him enough over various other things. Worse case, I'll just give him a call or send him an e-mail.
