It is a nice area on Duck Key. We looked at some houses for sale there before deciding on the Port Charlotte area.

Ease to get to was the big decider.

The one we ike the best on Duck was way out on the northest corner, had a deep water dock behind a breakwall and its own small island just offshore.

It was really cool.

The master bathroom had an entire stone, like big and small river rock, walk in shower that was huge, (also kind of weird).

Problem is, They used a lot of Clear Pine instead of Pressure Treated Lumber.......Termite Heaven.
