I'm surprised that the bank did not pay the storage due. Florida's marine and mechanic lien laws are very clear that a properly executed and filed storage lien supersedes a bank's lien on the boat. Typically, the bank pays the storage and collects the boat.

Usually when a dealer has a boat listed, he doesn't charge the owner for storage. Maybe the bank asked to see some proof.

Dennis I hope the orange skater is running good for you, I remember the pain you had to get it runnable. Do you still have the other skater also?

the bank is only going to pay storage if they agree to actually store it there, which they didn't..., if the boat was on consignment, then it's the previous owners nut to pay the dealer, if in fact any storage while under consignment is even due in the first place, which I doubt...

The white NT has been there for a while it was there when I lookede at an Apache when it first showed up there which was like a few weeks ago....It has Sage drives and lycomings in it and was a seizure boat and had nothing to do with repo's everybody there was pretty tight lipped about it and it was going to a govt auction!!!

Hey Jeff,

Time and money cured a lot of woes. The 46 is running like a raped ape. The 40 is still in Florida and 46 in Ohio. Donated the 39.

Painted the 46. Loaded a few pics. True Lambo orange.

I saw the white one a couple months ago when I was picking up my sea ray. It is tied up in federal tax court. Liquidators wouldn't tell me when it would be up for sale. The boat is not completed. Looks like it was siezed during a re rig.

+1 it doesn't take a lot of effort to file a lien.
