Fastboats done?.........

Number one Goldigger was not on his floorplan and the bank that held the lien wanted it back and he refused until they paid the one year of storage owed on the boat. ---------> Not really a secret

At least in Ohio it is illegal to hold property becasue of a bill owed on said property. It is the one owed the bill to put a lien on the property / court system.

I wish nothing but the best for Randy and the Fastboats crew. They have always been helpful and very generous to me and my crew:USA: The move sounds like it will be a sweet set-up.

Obama didn't do this, keep in mind he inherited a snowball that had already started down the mountain.....I'm not an Obama supporter, didn't vote for him and am very suspicious of his "changes" but he can't be blamed for all the problems since many started way before he started in January.

I say blame him anyway!:)

I know someone who recently bought a 38 Donzi w/ triple verados from a Florida based bank. The boat had been part of fastboats floorplan. At least that's what he was told by the bank.

:sifone:

Kevin and I ran over to Fairview the other weekend together- that thing is SWEET and even sweeter for the coin he paid!

He sure is making it a lot worse.............

None of us should be surprised. Prior to the media adopting this guy as the messiah, if you had polled America on whether they would vote for someone who was 47, had never held a private sector job, was a community organizer, had spent most of his political life in the Illinois state senate, and only 1.5 years as a US Senator, my guess is the results would have been an overwhelming "NO".

It's diff in every state, and sometimes, county. Then you ge into Maritime law which trumps ALL state AND fed law. Yup, my atty's did very well :ack2:

-Aaron

Affirmative. :coolgleamA:
The other 40 belongs to Paul Reddish. Shot on a Ft Myers Offshore run back in March.
