OK, I see the shooter, I see the baloons, and based on the camera angle there is a camera man right behind the baloons doing double duty taking video and catching bullets. Also if you look at the slow motion at the end you will notice the barrel is pointing too low when he fires. Based on that I'm going to have to call Bravo Sierra

Yea....and he doesn’t have to be very accurate for that to work. I bet id he backed up 10 ft and used real bullets he could not pop the balloons!
