Ever order anything from iboats.com?

Ordered a cover from them early last week...still havent received it..still no tracking info and having a hard time getting in touch with anyone on the phone to see when I will get my order..little worried....

Anyone else ever ordered anything from them and have the same problems???

Yup, had an issue with something as simple as a fuel pump diaphragm, tried to save a few bucks, and got screwed, ended up buying it locally from BAM. Marc gets all my orders now, I don't buy expensive parts like motors and such, but its not worth it sometimes on the maintenance stuff to chance losing a few weeks of boating over a few $$.

This is the cover I ordered...couple people have purchased this cover and they love it, and I needed a new full cover to keep the sun off the boat while its on the lift..so I thought I would try it out...But..they gotta ship the thing first!!

Finally spoke to someone on the phone, she said she would call me back once she found the order and get me a tracking #....I hope this place is a legit operation!

I have bought parts with no issues. I am guessing they drop ship much of the inventory. Could explain why orders get messed up.

Very legit! I handle all of their marine finance business and from the very Top ....down they are great honest people!

I ordered one of the covers in the fall and it came quick. I ordered a few other small things. Never a problem with them. Nice cover that fits very good. I ordered the more expensive one, better material.
