Edlebrock Carbs

I have a 4bbl carb from a 1995 454 Magnum.
If I remember, (we know how my memory is), these were the old "Carter carbs
I was told these were either Weber, or "Edlebrock" carbs, (mine looks identical to pics from Edlebrocks site).
How do I find the size of this carb?
The only number I see is on the bottom-
01043-18 2
Any help?

Should be a square bore Weber that looks like this: http://www.mercruiserparts.com/showSpecialPicture.asp?pn=806755A2

I believe Edelbrock makes a similar carb. Not sure on the CFM of the Weber but this should be a close replacement at 750 CFM.

Built by weber 750 cfm part # is on the flange of the left front mounting bolt. pulled mine and bought a new holley after endlessly screwing with it.

All of the Weber's on 454's and 502's were 750cfm.

Edelborcks site has a great tuning guide for those carbs. The metering rods springs gaskets etc are the same weber parts. The re-build would be cheap compared to buying the merc kit.

rebuilt my 454 mag carbs (carter/webber) last year with edelbrock kits from summit, no poblems, runs great.
