What's Happening
On Saturday there was somebody flying a drone out on the pier.
On one sweep of the helicopter, the drone could have been in the way, (it was farther apart than it appears), but there was not a way to know exactly where Rick, flying the helicopter, was going to go. So, the drone dove for the pier.
By law, drones are not supposed to be in the air when there are any helos or planes around.
