Are they both CUVs? (looks like it). Is CUV still making boats?

Are these two still around?

Both are CUVs. There is some great footage of the 50' running in Cocoa Beach FL back in like 1992 on a Big Seas DVD in some VERY rough water. I would like to see any current pics of the boats. The 50' is in Chicago I believe.
