Dialing and Testing OL 44 With Goodwin's, September 2014

Well, had to drag myself away from house remodeling to check out this sweet 44 Outerlimits with Goodwin Competition Semi-Hemi engines. Darn.....

Carl had the issues with it at Boyne Thunder this year, so he didn't get to run the entire event. Too bad, really sweet ride with a few issues to get taken care of.

The Goodwin Competition engines have plenty of horsepower. I have no idea what the topend would be in this setup if it was propped to try to achieve the maximum numbers. I also would probably not want to know. But, the acceleration is incredible without even hitting the throttles to full power.

We did not push the boat, but it cruises really sweet at a buck 10 !!!!!
