my work laptop is a Dell latitude and I've had no problems with it. That's what Tony bought. I also have an Insiprion for home with no problems. <knock on wood>

My dell xps has been trouble free since I got the replacement... last year ordered an inspirion of there outlet sub 400... showed up a couple days later, fired right up, but the screen looked like a jigsaw puzzle. called the nice guy in India, after 20 minutes of "what did you say" he told me they would send a replacement, and to put the bad one in the box and ship it back (they covered all the shipping). They did tell me that since it was an outlet deal, it would not be identicle, but nothing would be a down grade. couple days later, an xps 1530 showed up, decent size hd, 2g ram, dvd burner w/ blueray, built in cam... Identicle machine was listing over $1500..not bad for $400 and has been trouble free.

Dell D610 work laptop for me- they replaced it with a Panasonic Tough Book but that thing is too bulky for me to switch yet. Matter of fact sending the Dell out to get another keyboard tomorrow- keys keep popping off and they have been super glued one too many times.
