Having watched performance boating and boaters for more than twenty years, I'm shocked that there are ANY options for insurance after seeing so many jackasses buy high HP boats and immediately run them either too fast, too loose, or too drunk killing innocent people. And then we don't talk about it, because it would be in poor form.
