I'm making an appointment this week to see a Dr. about my BP.
I have one of those home machines, but I could feel it was high.
Not overly stressed, no real reason.
I've always known it was high, but today it was scary high, I mean really scary.
I don't even have a Dr. never have. Never saw a Dr. unless it was for stitches, or something lodged in the eye.
His death scared the hell out of me.

Good move Tim. I had high BP about a year and a half ago. I took BP pils for a year and it's back down to normal.

Start with the pills to get within specs but then find the real source of why it's high and fix it.
