Haha,

"Drago allegedly threw gasoline on the boat, and when it didn't immediately light, he reportedly climbed up on the boat & threw a piece of buring paper into the gasoline".

That's roughly the same as firing a gun & having the round fail, then looking down the barrel to see what happened.

They arrested another kid today, apparently the son of the guy who fired the AK-47 in the first place.

One of the other kids is paying restitution of 5K on a plea deal. a little short of the 30K plus the boat originally cost.
