Any chance your boat no longer says Baja on the side?????

Yeah it says "never throttle back".

Ryans's 46 looked and ran great, better then last year when he blew a blower tensioner bearing.
Jasons 43 flatdeck had some problems but boy is that a sweet BT.
Did you see Dan and Bridgets 46? They were spectators.
Plus the blue 46 SC for the Elk Rapids card stop!
Poker run was great. Ran from northport to elk rapids just bearly keeping ahead of the white and red BT with twin 1000's. Not saying he couldn't have passed me or not but we were having a good run!

We snuck out a bit early, thinking we would get some great shots of the guys running hard to the first card stop. Well, we had no idea at the time we'd be first to the first card stop!!!! So, now that we were, it was a race ()...

Anyway, we held back after getting the card to get pics of the early guys coming in. Here's the way they were lined up, but it looked as if they missed the card boat and all came in on the wrong side of the harbor and dropped off plane a half mile from the card boat, (and us), so the pics are a long way off.

What can I say? You wouldn't send me your equipment that does everything for you so anybody could do it!!!

you just went and took a lesson, did you take it in spanish??

Yeah, I'm working on it. When I set it slower on the speed, blurry. When I set it less on the ISO, blurry. When I set it fast, dark.

The good part is at least half had a boat in them and not just water or sky!!!!

I guess I'll bame the boat driver? It's got to be someone else's fault, doesn't it? After all, this is high performance boating!!!!

And then, I fprget to change it back when we are idling to a stop etc, so they are still dark because of the shutter speed. Hell getting old!

I'll add some more up until lunh stop for now. Give you guys something to biotch about!!

I think he was hoping for some bigger water.

This guy was an excellent driver. He was running around 80 in these shots I'd guess. I got quite a few while he was overtaking us.

Coming into the channel for lunch.

This is the quad engine Nortech CC. It was pulling into the second card stop as we were leaving. We ran on the pins the entire way back to Charlevoix to try and beat it (first CC back to lunch) and he must have been doing the same thing. I think it's supposed to be about 7 mph faster top end, and that's about how much of a head start we would have had on that leg.
