Boating, Captiva Pass/N Boca Grande, FL

Yesterday I joined my brother-in-law, in a trip down Charlotte Harbor, up Gasparilla Sound, out through Gasparilla Pass, and into the Gulf of Mexico. We anchored just South of the shoal at Gasarilla Pass.

I raced against it when Bill G. ran her as an A-class and then a B-Class boat, back in the APBA/USO/SBR days. I always liked the Suthpen, and the GA boat and the late Buckshot boat, were great competitors. I ran A-1/B-19 Runaway, a 28 magnum.
